Samuel Denis holds a master degree in Engineering Physics and Applied Sciences as well as a PhD in Applied Sciences. Samuel is specialized in patent portfolio management, with a particular focus on strategy to put in place for efficient IP management. His technical expertise includes business methods, aeronautics, physics, mechanics, electronics, telecommunications, ICT and computer implemented inventions. As qualified European patent attorney with a degree of the Center for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI), he advises on patentability of inventions, IP strategy, patent infringement and enforcement, patent validity and license agreements. He defends clients in oppositions and appeals at the EPO, national and international litigations. His clients include national and international corporations, universities, research centers, and consultancy and law firms. Samuel is a member of the European Patent Institute (EPI).
